Humidity 71 %, -2C and so windy ?? THAT is cold !!! The damp really creeps into your bones, does it not ? Here it is much better now that the weather is dry, -20 (about-5F) and also much lighter now that we've got lots of snow.
It is a good time for customizing your bike (if you have the luxury of a warm garage!) and plan for summer trips...
